InterNACHI PA Act 114 Compliance
Pennsylvania’s ACT 114 defines a "National home inspectors association" as:
- Members in more than 10 states
- Requires members to have passed a recognized or accredited exam
- Requires that members comply with code of conduct
- Members attend continuing education
